As NLP is the “study of the structure of successful subjective behaviour” (a mouthful I know), and was developed by studying successful people, in many different areas of human endeavour. The co-creators of NLP turned their attention to the structure of what successful goal setters AND achievers were doing. And the result, The NLP “Well Formed Outcome”.
Each outcome or goal must be ‘tested’ as a well formed outcome, against 4 primary and 1 secondary criteria, to greatly enhance the probability of success.
